Essential Functions
  1. Develops visual brand identification for all restaurants within the Corporation. This includes developing logos and documenting appropriate logo usage.
  2. Develops designs that best fit our brands’ image to ensure holistic communication across all customer touch point.
  3. Enhances and executes original ideas, graphic concepts, and designs that achieve overall product and branding strategies.

External Awareness of the Corporation and Its Products

Essential Functions
  1. Develops supporting materials to communicate the value the Corporation brings (e.g. infographics, meal plan comparisons.)
  2. Develops collateral material for the purpose of selling the Company.
  3. Provides support to the Marketing Coordinator in developing promotional materials, grand opening events, and ideas outside of visual communication.
  4. Secures graphic elements appropriate for communication materials.

Innovative Solutions & Methods of Communication

Essential Functions
  1. Stays abreast of communication mechanisms most frequently used by the target demographic and identifies ways to capture their attention in the most meaningful way (e.g. phone apps, displays, QR codes).

Position Qualifications

Education/Experience:
High School diploma, plus related experience sufficient to perform the position as demonstrated by a portfolio of relevant work. Bachelors’ degree in graphic design or related field preferred.
