Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for the management of employees, all production and manufacturing related processes, process improvements, and communication as they relate to the complete satisfaction of companys internal and contract customers. This position is accountable for producing quality products with on time delivery while lowering manufacturing costs and maximizing production assets. This position is a leader in ensuring that goals developed with individuals with disabilities are achieved in a successful team environment.

Position Qualifications
Minimum Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree plus five years experience in a manufacturing setting in a leadership role. At least three years of supervisory experience, preferably in a supported workshop setting; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other Skills/Knowledge/Experience
- Demonstrated ability to make complex decisions regarding program direction, implementation, personnel and budget.
- Experience in leading strategic planning processes to successful outcome achievement.
- Proven record of developing people and success in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability and experience in achieving total customer satisfaction.
- Ability to write in a technical manner.
- Demonstrated ability to provide training, support and supervision to staff. Capable of communicating effectively and negotiating among diverse groups of people.
